Merry Christmas to our school families and community.

During this final week of Advent we rejoice in the endless love that God has for us, which is made apparent in the birth of his Son.
We reflect on the good news of God's love brought to us from the angel Gabriel. This is the last week to prepare our hearts for the joy of Christmas. Are you ready?

Our Grade 6 classes are pleased to announce the return of the “Green Christmas Market” on December 17th.
.
St. Joseph students will be invited to shop at the sale during the day. Parents are welcome to shop from 1:40 - 2:00pm.

The third candle is pink and symbolizes rejoicing.
During the third week of Advent we are filled with joy for the near arrival of Jesus on Christmas day. How is Jesus inviting you to experience greater joy this Advent?

The annual Christmas Bake Sale will be held December 12th at both concert performances.
The PSG is still accepting donations of baked goods until tomorrow morning and is grateful for your support!

It's getting cold outside!
Please send warm jackets, hats and mitts so your child is prepared for outside play.

During this second week of Advent, we reflect on our lives and focus on becoming better versions of ourselves in preparation for Jesus’ coming.
We remember the journey Joseph and Mary took from Nazareth to Bethlehem. What has your journey toward Christmas been like so far?

The annual Christmas Concert Bake Sale is fast approaching!
Bakers - Please consider donating your favourite Christmas goodies to contribute to variety packs that will be sold on the afternoon/night of the Christmas concert.
Your wonderful and tasty donations can be dropped off on December 9th and 10th and we will be calling on Volunteers to help re-pack into variety packs on Dec 11th.
Non-bakers - Come out and support this annual tradition and purchase your Christmas baking at our sale. All proceeds are reinvested into the school and school community.

Hot lunch orders for the Winter 2025 session (starting in January) can be placed from December 4th to 11th.
No late orders will be accepted after this date.

Our Grade 6 classes are pleased to announce the return of the “Green Christmas Market” on December 17th.
We are asking you, the St. Joseph Community, to purge your homes and send any gently used
items for our sale. All proceeds will be divided between a local and a global charity.

Purple is the primary colour associated with Advent. Within the Catholic Church it symbolizes penance, preparation and sacrifice.
During the first week of Advent we remember the Old Testament prophets who foretold of Jesus’ coming with hope and anticipation. Are you ready to discover the hope Jesus is inviting you to experience this Advent?

On Monday, December 2nd, students may dress up in purple, pink or white to represent the colours of Advent.

Thank you for supporting Operation Christmas Child!
Thanks to your generosity and kindness, we packed 167 boxes and raised $1,140 to help bring love and joy to children in need around the world.
